• Guaranteed rental income of 5% per annum of the purchasing price of the unit according to the condominium sales and purchase contract paid on a monthly base.
• Guarantee starts 2 (two) months after the transfer of the ownsership of the title deed for a period of 1 (one) year.
• All advertisement expenses to find a tenant are cover by C&M and the direct sales teams shows the unit to potential tenants.
• The owner has to grant C&M the right to sublease the unit and C&M does not pay any safety deposit towards the owner.

--------Without Rental Gurantee Service

• The owner can fix the rental amount as he likes (rentals in the market are at 6-8% per annum at the moment) and the direct sales team of C&M will assist to find a tenant and shows the unit to potential tenants.
• C & M is not obligated to any certain period or deadline to rent out the unit.
• The owner has to cover the costs for the advertiement for the unit
• In case the unit can be rented out by C & M, C & M will charde the customer a commission equal to the rental amount for one month
